On Friday Andrea and I went on the John Guinn Travel Show, a podcast out of the UK, to share the Traveling Chimp story. It was the first interview we have done, and we thought it went pretty good. It was certainly good practice for our own upcoming podcast and we hope we inspired some folks to take the leap and see the world while your able to enjoy it fully, in other words, don’t wait till you retire. Here is the link to the show, we hope you enjoy it http://goo.gl/3y7DNB

Next week Andrea and I will start recording the first Traveling Chimps Podcast. We’re super excited about it and can’t wait to get this thing rolling. It’s something we have talked about doing for years, so in the light of all the life changing, breaking the mold, adventure we’ve been on now for 5 months, there’s really no time like the present. We have a few guests already lined up and hope to do at least one per week. You’ll be able to find the episodes here at www.travelingchimps.com as well as on iTunes and Stitcher. Subscribe to the Chimps using the form on the right, you’ll be notified by email when we post new content to the site, including blogs, vlogs, podcast.
So, what are we going to talk about? Well, pretty much anything that we think is cool and worth talking about. I can tell you that we may talk some about our adventures, however we will not be a how to podcast. We’re not going to be doing any step by step guides to vagabonding or housesitting. There’s plenty of that shit out there already, just Google it and you’ll find it. We’ll talk some travel, but probably more human optimization, sustainability, education, and the general awakening of humankind.
One thing we have learned through our social media interactions, is that there are a lot of people in this world doing incredibly cool things and we plan on talking to as many of them as possible. If you have a cool story, cause, or have some knowledge you would like to share with the world, email us at email@example.com and maybe we’ll have you on?
Putting the podcast together is not free, though it will be free to you to listen, by the power of the internet. You can help us pay for all this by doing your Amazon shopping through the portal on this site. Hit the Amazon button on the right, it will take you to the regular old Amazon site to do your shopping, but we will get a few cents from each purchase that you make. You can also donate with your PayPal or any major credit card, every little bit helps. If all of our readers donated just $1, it would keep us rolling for a few months. Or don’t do any of this and listen for free, that would be fine too.
Do any of you currently listen to any podcast, and if so which one? Tell us below.
